"But Are You Making Any Money?"

9:15 AM
Session: BD1

Basic

It’s great to hear that your latest string of events reads like The Enquirer's biggest dish list, but in business, what really matters is the bottom line. De-mystify the whole concept of how to make money. Whether you’re just starting out, or your company has been profitable from day 1, walk away with a tried and true job costing plan most large companies don’t even use.

Session Deliverables:
1. Look at their company or department’s numbers and determine a) if the company is profitable, b) if each job is profitable and c) if each line item is profitable
2. Learn to evaluate where their business comes from, more specifically, a) who are their top and bottom clients in sales, b) their top and bottom clients in profitability and c) where the two intersect
3. Learn to evaluate the most profitable areas within the organization and reorganize the rest
4. Work on the results. By teaching The Party Goddess’ job costing method, attendees will learn where they make the most money, the least and what to do about it
