When creating the general design concept for a special event it is essential to consider several areas, which impact the success of the client’s event. The consideration of the existing areas of the venue can help initiate the overall design plan. Attention to levels and unusual architectural features, such as balconies patios, gathering alcoves etc., can prove to be helpful in the concept development of a thematic direction. The design of tented spaces can also be an extension of a venue or become a completely independent event area blending into the exterior environment.
